With an impressive array of qualifications, Dr. Noman Mutloob Mashhadi brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chairman. A graduate of Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore, from the 1984 batch, he embarked on a remarkable 32-year career in the Government Health Department of Punjab. Over the years, he dedicated his skills and knowledge to the betterment of the underserved and vulnerable populations, specializing in Public Health, Chest Disease, and Radiology.
Dr. Noman Mutloob’s commitment to serving humanity reaches beyond his professional accomplishments. His journey includes the pursuit of a Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of Colombo, recognizing his contributions to the field. Additionally, he has pursued training in Healthcare and Hospital Management, further enriching his ability to make a difference.
Notably, Dr. Noman Mutloob has held leadership roles at esteemed institutions, including the revered Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore. It was through the inspiration of the late Sir Ganga Ram’s dedication to humanity, particularly in the realms of health and education, that Dr. Noman Mutloob found his life’s calling.
